Community Rules:

Welcome to icons_bingo, an icontest community where people participate in monthly challenges to make icons based on three different bingo theme cards.

Rules:
+ Each month a challenge post will go up featuring three bingo cards with 4, 9, and 16 themes.
+ Participants can choose which bingo card they want to complete and then make all the themes in their chosen card.
+ Participants then will have a month to make and post their set of icons. People can submit them either by commenting on the challenge post OR posting it on the community.
+ After the submission period, voting will open for ONE WEEK. People will vote on the best set for each bingo card (4, 9 and 16 themes).
+ Icons submitted must be NEW and never posted before.
+ Icons MUST be 100px by 100px. Animation will only be allowed when included in a challenge.
+ Icons can be screenshots from TV, Film, celebrity images, stock photos etc. As long as each icon represents the theme anything goes (except for anything rated M+ eg: violence, abuse etc) and is edited by you.

This sounds like fun even though I'm VERY out of practice and I watch icon challenge due dates fly by me like nobody's business. But I still joined, and I'll post a promo at my landcomm!
